2 lbs. of minced beef

2 medium onions, chopped

1 cup of fresh milk

2 eggs

1 sprig of chopped parsley

1 cup of breadcrumbs

1 cup of red wine

1 tablespoon oregano

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon red pepper (sweet)

1 cup of Monopati Olive Oil

Monopati Olive Oil for the pan




Mix all of the ingredients and knead.

Form into medium sized burgers.

Place on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated at 400°F for 45 minutes or cook on the grill.
